On 22nd May some of the students in 1C joined the farewell meeting for the eTwinning project Show your True Colours: unchain the HE-ARTS and shared their experience with the final activities and exchanged greetings with students and teachers of the international group.

Here are some details about their last activities:

WHAT

WHO

DESCRIPTION of the ACTIVITY, say HOW you FELT doing it.

MASCOT

The class worked in international mixed-teams with students from the other schools in the project and created the various parts to complete the mascotte

belly

Sara, Carlotta, Beatrice, Andrea, Giulia T, Natalia

We did the belly of the mascotte, we choose some details like flags and colours to represent all the countries who did the e-Twinning project and we used AI to create it. We felt proud of our work and the final result.

arms and legs

GretaB, Jessica, Esmeralda, Francesca, Nicolò, Margherita

We did arms and legs, we focused on a leg, we decided to use AI to create our picture. We designed a heart in the center and all around it some flags of different countries because even if we are different, we are all connected. We are proud of our work because the idea was of the entire group and we collaborated very well.

head

Yasmin , Caterina, Giulia, Matteo, Alessia, Greta T

We made the head of the mascot and we chose Mickey Mouse. We picked him because he has a personality that everyone likes. He's always cheerful and never gives up, so he immediately conveys kindness and courage. Being a good and honest character. We wanted our mascot to show good and positive feelings. Working together on this part was a beautiful experience for our group and we feel very proud of our work.

outfit

Sofia, Agata, Nicole, Giamen, Aicha

We did the outfit ,we used the AI to create the picture and we chose this outfit to represent the E-Twinning project “Show your true colours”. The style is modern and colorful to represent young people, creativity, and the freedom to express yourself. The different colors symbolize the various shades of personality, while the comfortable, original outfit makes the mascot authentic, self-confident, and unique.

ID card

Giorgia, Luca, Sebastian, Letizia

We did the ID card of the mascot, we chose the name “Lumen” because it means “light” or “energy” and it’s perfect to explain the eTwinning’s motto. We really liked this work, we had fun and we think that the name is perfect so we are really proud of it.

CHARITY EVENT

The class worked in international mixed-teams with students from the other schools in the project in order to design a charity event. Every group joined a shared discussion document as well as a digipad. Some students created a poster and a pitch video for one of the groups.

the poster

Alessia, Aicha, Agata

Our group had so much fun and felt incredibly excited while creating the poster for the "Community Day of Giving & Fun" for the emerald group. We wanted the design to be warm and welcoming, so we chose a colorful, hand-drawn illustration style that clearly outlines the three main steps of the event: charity games, donating items, and receiving a thank-you gift.

the pitch video

Greta B, Greta T, Margherita, Francesca, Jessica, Giamen, Nicolò

For our Pitch video, we created a charity project to help refugees. Our idea is a workshop where people make handmade bracelets to sell and raise funds.

To organize the video we worked as a team, we wrote the text, prepared our individual speeches and practiced together.

With this project we want to show that even a small action can help people in need. We really loved working together for such an important cause.

FINAL MEETING

Agata, Yasmin, Matteo

On the 22th May we participated to a meeting with students and teachers from other countries, it was from 14:15 to 15:15 and we could speak about this project  and our hobbies with them
